A Comic Life, Indeed 
Sweet dreams! I can easily average 12 hours sleep a day (10 night + 2 nap) when my RA is most active.
“Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis” by Shlotzhauer & McGuire (excellent realistic book on RA, unlike many of the books that promise the one miracle solution) states “Getting adequate sleep is imperative, because sleep provides healing to the mind and body. We recommend ten hours of sleep daily…”
That was all I needed to read to not feel guilty about how much I had to sleep.
Thanks, RA Guy! I am going to remember this the next time I feel guilty about sleeping so much, and then still spending a lot of time in bed. You know, like…tomorrow…. 🙂
